Magic-link sign-in emails include a QR code so you can open the link on another device. Tasks and Patient Matching in the sidebar show badges for items waiting for you.
Recommended setup order
- Connect Documenti from Clinic Membership (start the free trial).
- Set up users in Documenti: same email as each person’s Clinic Membership login.
- For multiple sites, add each location under Clinic Management.
- Create and publish your consent forms in Documenti.
- Set up procedures and link the consent forms each treatment needs.
- Add professional products (toxins, fillers, and injectables) for treatment maps.
- Book appointments in Clinic Membership: they appear on the Documenti daily list within about a minute.

Retail skincare and POS stock live in Clinic Membership Products. Documenti products are professional injectables used during treatments: they are separate catalogues.
