Stock management is off by default. When you enable it, products gain a dedicated Stock section — levels, reorder points, and quantities — without changing clinics that do not need inventory tracking.
Turn stock management on
- Open Organisation Settings.
- Find Enable Stock Management under Authentication / organisation preferences.
- Switch it on and save if prompted.
See stock on the products list
Open Products — the Stock column shows current levels. Open a product to edit stock level, reorder point, and quantity in the Stock section.

This is Documenti’s professional product stock — not Clinic Membership retail POS inventory. Dilutions and batches for treatment maps are still configured on each product.
